How I write these guides

I am 28. Half Colombian, half German. I love travel, fitness and festivals, and that mix shows up here as German practicality with Colombian warmth. I would rather you know the airport ride and the catch than read a brochure.

I do not invent prices, opening hours or trips. If a number is on a page, it came from a source named on that page, and the last-checked date says when it was looked at. When I could not verify something, the guide says so.

A morning run on the beach and a proper meal off the buffet are the kind of details I care about. Festivals too, when a page is actually about one. I will not pretend I personally stayed in a resort just to make a sentence warmer.
