This is the one form I would do before I pack. It is free, the airline can ask for the QR code at check-in, and the US$10 tourist card is already inside most airfares. Do not pay a third-party site to type it in for you.
The E-Ticket
It’s free. Ignore sites that charge for it.
- Go to the official site at eticket.migracion.gob.do.
- Fill in the arrival form before your flight (and the departure form before you leave).
- Save the QR code and show it at check-in and on arrival.
The tourist card
The US$10 tourist card is included in the airfare for most foreigners arriving by air. Dominican nationals and residents can ask for a refund.
Other checks
- Check passport validity and visa rules with your airline or embassy.
- Keep your return or onward ticket handy.
