Install the eSIM on your home Wi-Fi, not in the arrivals hall. Resort Wi-Fi is a maybe. A local SIM from Claro or Altice works if your phone is unlocked and you have your passport with you. Compare Airalo, Yesim and Saily on price and data before you pick one. I am not going to invent a “best” plan that changes next week.
