I'd start with the score, not the brochure. Turquesa is in Bávaro, Punta Cana, at Prolongacion Aruba. On Tripadvisor it scores 4.1/5 from 11 reviews. Tripadvisor doesn't list a price tier for it. On this site that puts it at number 171 of 180 Punta Cana hotels, ordered by Tripadvisor review volume. I don't list rates, room types or cancellation terms here. Check those on Agoda or Booking.com before you book.
